Some projects need a complete planning package. Others need help with a particular decision, specialist component or stage of construction. We define the service around that need and work alongside the people you have already chosen.
Procurement
We source and coordinate material packages, including cabinetry, fixtures and finishes, to match the approved design. Before orders are released, we check product specifications, dimensions, finishes, quantities and supporting components against the project requirements and supplier confirmations. We coordinate availability, lead times and delivery with the construction schedule, giving you a clear ordering plan and fewer details to manage yourself.
Custom components
A fireplace, waterfall island, floating vanity or concealed storage feature may cross several trades. We can coordinate the design, material requirements and specialist fabrication, with elective construction services available through a separate affiliated company under the same ownership as Intent.
Construction management
Continue with one point of coordination through the agreed stages of delivery. Services can include scheduling, procurement follow-up, project meetings, site observations, progress reporting and change review.

Design and construction management do not require you to hire the affiliated contracting company. Any construction work has its own agreement, and you remain free to select your contractor. Engineering and other regulated design are coordinated with qualified professionals where required.
